Fankom Engineering Machine Energy and Computer Trade Co., Ltd. is an engineering company founded in Ankara in year 2008. Fankom Engineering, with its founder and employee team of outstanding engineers, has started business by providing project, consultancy, and training services in the areas of computational fluid dynamics and turbomachinery.

In year 2009; Fankom Engineering has started representing computational fluid dynamics software FlowVision in Turkey with the collaboration of the companies, TESIS from Russia and CapVidia from Belgium. Similarly; we have undertaken representation of other CapVidia products; computer aided drawings application software CompareVidia & 3DTransVidia, SolidWorks add-ins FormatWorks, PDQWorks & FaceWorks and source planning software PlanVidia. In same year; grid generation software GridPro of Program Development Company from United States of America has also taken its place among Fankom Engineering products.

In year 2010; cooperation has been formed between Fankom Engineering and NEi Software Inc. from United States of America covering the representation of NEİ products including NEi Nastran solvers and NEi Fusion, Nastran FX & NEi Works software in Turkey and Middle East Region.

In the first quarter of 2011; Akana Engineering has become a shareholder of Fankom Engineering. Hence, in the area of computer aided engineering; two companies have been providing solutions in active collaboration.

Presently; Fankom Engineering headquarter is located at METU Technopolis OSTİM Centre and a branch office is located in Akana Engineering’s factory at Başkent Industrial Zone.

As Fankom Engineering; our primary goal is to raise staff who has strong engineering skills and are able to benefit from high technology engineering software and contrbibute significantly to technological research and development activities locally in Turkey and globally.
